1. $97 non-refundable deposit collected at time of registration and balance will be collected at least 5 days prior to start date 2. Confidentiality Policy In group coaching sessions and networking events, maintaining confidentiality is vital to foster trust among participants. All personal and business information shared during sessions remains confidential, and participants agree not to disclose any identifying details of others without permission. Confidentiality extends to all materials and discussions with the exception of your personal experiences. 3. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy - Cancellation of the program is required at least 3 days prior to start date for full refund. - 25% cancellation fee withheld if cancelled between 3 and 0 days of start date. - Group sessions will be recorded for those who no show. No rescheduling available. 4. Code of Conduct BE PONO, respectful, and professional during group sessions and networking activities. We encourage active listening, constructive feedback, punctuality, and respectful communication. Participants who display disruptive or inappropriate behavior will be warned and then removed without refund or credit. 5. Intellectual Property Policy Terra Foti has full ownership rights of shared materials, coaching content, resources, and recordings. Participants are not to duplicate or share these items outside of the program. 6. Privacy Policy Your information is collected and used for maximizing program participation and communication purposes. We will not share or sell your personal data. 7. Liability Disclaimer Coaching sessions and networking activities are designed for development and learning, and do not guarantee specific outcomes. Participants are responsible for their own decisions and actions based on the strategies shared and connections made.
